Lemon and Garlic Salad Dressing

If you only have one salad dressing recipe, then this should be it! It’s easy to make and it completely transforms a salad. Gluten and wheat free, this homemade dressing is made with only natural ingredients.


  • 2 - 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 small clove garlic - finely chopped
  • ½ tsp finely grated lemon zest
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

In a small bowl, whisk all the ingredients together or alternatively, put them in a jar and give them a hard shake to thoroughly mix. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Add more olive oil if you find the dressing is too zingy.
