Smoked Salmon Rolls
These smoked salmon rolls won’t hang around for long! Watch them fly off the plate when you serve them either as a dinner party starter on a bed of dressed leaves or as a cold canape. Naturally gluten and wheat free, they look and taste divine.
Ingredients
- 4 tbsp cottage cheese with chives
- 2 tbsp quark
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp finely chopped dill
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 16 smoked salmon strips (measuring approx. 12 x 4cm)
- 1 tbsp capers

In a bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, quark, capers, lemon juice and chopped dill and season with freshly ground black pepper.
Spread the cottage cheese mixture along the length of each salmon strip, leaving roughly a 2cm border at one of the short ends. Roll up the salmon tightly into a neat roll. Repeat to make 16 rolls.
Serve on a bed of rocket or other mixed leaves.
