Easy Garlic Bread
Diet: Gluten and Wheat Free
This gluten and wheat free garlic bread can be served alongside beef lasagne, chilli, Mediterranean chicken, in fact pretty much anything! It makes a great accompaniment to an antipasti platter or serve it alone as a taster starter. You may like to add grated cheese and a sprinkle of oregano or mixed herbs.
- 2 gluten and wheat free rolls
- Garlic puree (from a tube)
- Salted butter - softened
- Drizzle of olive oil
- Freshly chopped parsley (optional)
Preheat oven to 180°C. Slice the rolls, making sure not to go all the way through. Mix some of the garlic puree with some softened butter and spread this thickly in the slashes that have opened up. Drizzle with olive oil and place on a baking tray and cook in a medium pre-heated oven for 5-10 minutes until crispy. Cut all the way through and sprinkle with the parsley to serve (if using).
